when you earn.

Commission is charged when a booking is confirmed and payment collected. If a booking is cancelled before payment, no fee applies. We deduct commission from the booking amount before settling to your M-Pesa or bank account — you never need to top up a balance.

Any confirmed, paid booking counts — regardless of duration or vehicle type. Your first 10 confirmed bookings across any tier (Operate or Grow) are commission-free. After that, the standard rate for your tier applies automatically.

Any single booking with a duration of 30 days or more automatically qualifies for a 50% fee reduction. On Operate that means 1% instead of 2%; on Grow it's 2% instead of 4%. The system detects the duration at booking confirmation — no coupon or manual request needed.

This makes GoBookIt particularly attractive for corporate monthly retainers, long-term vehicle leases, and any operator with a portfolio of extended rentals.

Yes. Upgrading from Operate to Grow is self-service — your storefront and AI agent activate immediately. Downgrading is available with 30 days notice. Partner tier is referral-only and managed via your account team.

Referral access means Operate and Grow operators get access to GoBookIt via an invitation or referral link — the platform is not openly self-signup to control quality. Partner access is exclusively through referral by an existing Partner or GoBookIt team member.
